31ST January 2018 was a very significant day for both KAVIBE and RED SOFA as it saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two parties. This partnership officially appoints KAVIBE as the official digital marketing and communications consultant for Red Sofa going forward.
The event happened at a time when the RED SOFA is calling for partners to come and support the RED SOFA vision-Christians living Life to the fullest. The RED SOFA starts this year’s sessions with revamped structures, bigger vision and a massive line up of activities starting with a Partners and Fundraising Dinner on 1st March 2018 at Seven Trees Restaurant at UGX50,000/= per person. This dinner will give all the attendees an opportunity to meet and engage with the RED SOFA team.
“Last year was great for RED SOFA, we held seven sessions, engaged with 16 seasoned panelists, saw 13 artists perform allowing us to reach 3,797,535M online for the last two sessions independently. The session attendance grew from 40 people at our first even to 250 persons in November 2017. “As a team they realized that we couldn’t achieve this vision alone and definitely needed partners to work with us” acknowledged Ronnie Habasa, Managing Director for the RED SOFA
While calling out for partners for 2018, the Managing Director thanked previous partners for supporting them through 2017. We are very blessed to have some people and companies who came through to support us. They believe in the vision and mandate of the RED SOFA.
Upcoming events include the RED SOFA partners and Fundraising dinner on 1st March 2017 and the first Red Sofa Session for 2018 on the 30th March at the Food Court, Garden City.
